Graceless Angels First Event!
Date: (start) October 6th
Translating the word of God is not an easy job, but, after a little bit more than one week since the angels fell from Heaven, Kevin Tran seemed to find the first four verses of a prophecy, written in the Angel Tablet. But, as soon as Kevin read the verses aloud, all the fallen angels and the few angels who still had their graces heard his voice in their heads. None of the angels know exactly what made it happen, but they all have a guess: God, trying to prepare the angels for what is coming.
Some angels have doubts about this, but they all have more things to worry about. What do those verses mean? What are the other verses? Is there a way to stop Heaven’s ruin from happening? As the news get to humans’ and demons’ ears, everybody seeks answers and a way to either avoid Heaven’s ruin or rush it.
But Destiny can’t be changed.
Event- The Fall of the Grace
When angels fall, some of their graces take only a few hours to fall too, while others take days. Two days after the fall of the angels, the last grace fell to Earth.
However, a big number of graces have fallen to the same place, almost as if they had all been attracted there; an abandoned church in a rural area in the state of Colorado, that the fallen angels are callingGratiam [more info]. The presence of so many graces in the same place gave the church way too much power, working as a magnet to any other supernatural beings within ten miles of the place. In a matter of days, the church was surrounded by many species of the supernatural, and more of them were coming. Though Gratiam gets all those beings stronger than ever when they are near, none of them seems to be able to touch the graces or do anything with them. They now live in the woods, and keep themselves close to the church.
Humans think that the area is haunted, since all humans that go to explore don’t come back. But there are fallen angels willing to do anything to get their graces back, as well as demons interested with what they would be able to do if they got their hands on so much power. But how many of them are brave—or suicidal—enough to face the whole way through the woods full of monsters to get to the graces in Gratiam?
Kevin Tran is a Prophet of the Lord. He is 18 years old, and represented by Osric Chau. Fortunately, for you, he is OPEN.
“Banish the demons off the face of the Earth, lock them away forever. That could be important, right?
The Road So Far:
It feels like it’s been a thousand years since Kevin Tran’s worst concerns were his college exams instead of the fate of the entire planet, Heaven, Hell, and everything in between. With everyone he knows and cares for aside from Sam and Dean Winchester dead, the idea of living a normal life again someday sounds impossible.
After Dean Winchester kills Dick Roman and Dean and Castiel are pulled to Purgatory, the demon Crowley kidnaps Kevin. Crowley takes him to a warehouse where he has another Word of God tablet and wants the prophet to translate it. Kevin learns that this tablet is about demons and after having a little trouble, tells Crowley it contains a spell to open the gates of Hell and release demons in into the world. Kevin sends Crowley to a gate in Wisconsin while he performs a spell that will open the gate. However, it is a trick and the spell Kevin casts kills the two demons guarding him and he escapes. After that, Crowley attempts to make Kevin translate the Demon Tablet several times, but doesn’t succeed.
Kevin starts to live in Garth Fitzgerald’s houseboat, translating the demon tablet to help Sam and Dean to find out how to close the Gates of Hell. When he is already done, however, Dean and Castiel show up with the Angel Tablet, asking Kevin to translate it. Kevin finds out that the three trials that Castiel was undergoing were not to seal the gates of Heaven, like Metatron had said, but to banish all the angels from Heaven. He warns Dean, but now it’s too late to stop it; he watches the angels falling from Heaven. Kevin tries to translate the Angel Tablet faster to see if there’s anything that can be done to stop that, but, unfortunately, the Angel Tablet is as hard to translate as the other ones. After a few hours, all he got was almost all the verses for what seems to be a prophecy.
Gabriel is an archangel. He is represented by Richard Speight Jr.; and fortunately, for you, he is OPEN.
"They’re better than us. They’re flawed, but a lot of them try to do better. To forgive."
The Road So Far:
Gabriel is the youngest of the four Archangels, being the young brother to Michael, Lucifer and Raphael. He was very compassionate towards his family. When his older brothers, Michael and Lucifer, turned on each other and began fighting one another, he couldn’t bear it, and Gabriel chose to fall to Earth in favor of living his life as a trickster.
Gabriel found himself rather repeatedly tied up with Sam and Dean Winchester, initially as the target of a hunt and eventually as an ally. He helps the brothers leaving them a video after he was killed by Lucifer, telling how to put Lucifer back on his cage. But he actually had faked his own death, making Lucifer kill a copy of himself and thinking it was the real Gabriel. After that, he stayed hiding for a while, making the angels believe he had died, but kept watching the Winchesters close to make sure they would get to lock the Devil in the cage and do the right thing. Years later, when life was starting to come back to normal, he watched his brothers falling from grace. He attempted to return to Heaven to see what’s coming on, just to see that the gates were sealed, keeping all the angels in the human world.
Charlie Bradbury is human. She has recently become a hunter, and she is 28 years old. She is represented by Felicia Day; and fortunately, for you, she isOPEN.
“I’m gonna kick it in the ass!”
The Road So Far:
As a young girl, Charlie was read The Hobbit by her mother Gertrude Middleton and got interested in fantasy realms as a result. When she was twelve, Charlie got scared at a sleepover and called her parents to come pick her up. On the way, they were hit by a drunk driver and her father was killed while her mother was left brain-dead and only kept alive by life-support. Afterwards, Charlie hacked into a game company’s server and stole a first-person shooter game called The Red Scare before it was finished. She reprogrammed it to reflect her “flamingly liberal politics” and released it for free. She was eventually tracked down and arrested, forcing her to go on the run for 16 years. During that time, Charlie secretly visited her mother and read to her while using her aliases to fund her mother’s hospital bills.
She worked at the Richard Roman Enterprises for a while, before she found out her boss, Dick Roman, was the boss leviathan. She helped Sam and Dean Winchester, breaking into Dick’s e-mails using her hacking skills. Without Charlie’s help, the Winchesters would never have gotten to kill Dick Roman and get the Leviathan Tablet. Now, she is helping the Winchesters and Castiel with the fallen angels problem.
Metatron is an angel. He is represented by Curtis Armstrong; and fortunately, for you, he is OPEN.
“What you brought to His Earth, all the mayhem, the murder. Just the raw, wild invention of God’s naked apes — it was mind-blowing. But really it was your storytelling. That is the true flower of free will. At least as you’ve mastered it so far. When you create stories, you become gods, of tiny, intricate dimensions unto themselves. So many worlds! I have read as much as it’s possible for an angel to read, and I haven’t caught up.”
The Road So Far:
Metatron is an angel and the scribe who recorded The Word of God on a series of tablets. God, having decided to leave Heaven, chose him to write down instructions related to his creations. Although first presumed to be an archangel, Metatron himself revealed that he was simply an angel with a secretarial position. He was chosen by God sometime before God’s departure from Heaven. Metatron received instructions to write down the Words of God.
When God left, the archangels despaired, and soon after began conspiring to claim the universe as their own. This prompted Metatron to distance himself from Heaven, so as to protect the Words of God and to prevent the archangels from claiming the tablets.
Metatron had a plan all along to bade the time by until Heaven would ultimately fall, pretending to have a wanting to save it, Metatron would recruit Castiel to help him complete the 3 “trials” that would apparently close angels off inside of Heaven where they’d need to sort out their own problems. But, before they could complete the third and last trial, Metatron is captured by Naomi and brought to Heaven to be tested on so that Naomi could see into the scribe of heaven’s eyes. Once she does, however, she becomes aware of Metatron’s plans and warns Dean and Castiel that Metatron has been lying to them, at first they don’t believe her, but once Kevin confirms (or at least tries to) that neither of Metatron’s trials were even scribed onto the angel tablet, Castiel travels to Heaven to find out, despite Dean telling him to wait while he saved Sam. Once Castiel arrives, Metatron reveals that Naomi was telling the truth, he captures Castiel and ties him to Naomi’s operating chair and steals his grace as part of the third trial, revealed to be a spell to expel all angels from Heaven, rather than seal them in. Metatron then seals the Gates of Heaven, stopping any angel or being from getting back to their home. He is now the only one who can get in and out of Heaven.
